Heyy ya'll! I'm baaaack!
I kind of took a two month hiatus, sorry... lots has been going on in my little life and wellllll I couldn't share it...Until now.
After months of waiting to be out of the "danger zone" I can officially say in old fashioned terms, "I am with child". Sounds so cheezy, perhaps "knocked up" would have been a more relate able phrase?! Anyway, you get the point.
For anyone that knows me, knows that I think children are down right freaky. Sure, they have their moments... like my nephews are pretty rad but and its a huge BUT they aren't mine, they didn't come from me, they have their own mothers and well, I can go home at anytime and live scream free. But and once again a huge BUT, that all changes in 6 months. Come the end of February, I will have my own, I will BE a mother and I will never live scream free again...
Its a new adventure and I've signed up for it with a big red Jiffy marker at the top of the list! I have to put my fear of children, child birth and boogers aside and suck it up to become super mum. Dun Da Da Dun! Where is my cape and my neon leotard? Perhaps I should invest, give something for the neighbors to talk about..
Anyways, I'm back and promise to blog as often as I can... no more hiatus and no more secrets
